IMG_5755This is a Bunny Hill Pattern. They no longer list it on their site…I am not sure why? It’s really pretty.

But if you google the pattern name and designer you can find kits and patterns. I found one here. IMG_5753

My friend Teresa pieced the top and sewed all the needle turn applique. I love NTA I just don’t do it myself. These types of quilts also attract lots of people when I actually have a booth or trunk show..so it’s good to have plenty on hand. So I am always willing to trade …which she and I do. IMG_5752

:)

I sent her the fabrics and pattern…and before you know it it arrived back on my porch….so sweet! I have had this pinned on my small machine for a few months….and just worked on it a bit here and there..it’s not big by any means……I just didn’t work on it when I had so many other things going. LOLIMG_5751 IMG_5750

I wanted to do some traditional cross hatching in the lighter squares…it’s a traditional pattern with traditional type colors..I can imagine this in soft shades of brown and taupe..also in wild colors..isn’t that funny?  In the more patterns squares I did some muscle shells….to fill in . I am very pleased with the outcome.

Lots of fill in work. IMG_5747 IMG_5748

This is my favorite corner. I love the block and I also added a vine with a flower in this corner with my quilting..which I highlighted. IMG_5746IMG_5756

And here’s the back:IMG_5757

I just love this from start to finish! Thanks T! I love you too!
