Hi Everybody!

I have a new pattern to share called Glisten. As you all know I am an Ambassador for Michael Miller Fabrics. I can’t believe the year is almost over. It was this time last year that I was applying and praying. :)

I am a big fan of Fairy Frost and I knew my Glisten quilt would look fabulous in this Frosty fabric to carry out the Glisten theme.

There is something so magical about seeing a design come together. This looks so much better in person…

I love when I can take traditional blocks that we all know and love and make them look completely different with a little color arrangement. It’s complete magic and it refreshes everything and gives it new life. That makes my heart swell.

I was trying to think of a way to photograph this when there is no snow….not a body of water …..so I had to just make it look like the shiny glistening diamond in the rough. LOL!

If you’d like this pattern it’s available in my Etsy Shop, HERE.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend!

Charisma

I am still struggling with he log cabin quilt I’m making for my son. I should never have started when I knew my meds could make me goofy. I realized at 3 am this morning that I had screwed up 84 blocks! I am just going to go with them and it will be my own version. My kids are used to me making a silk purse out of a pigs ear. LOL It will be a little wonky but it’s a new version. Since they don’t know anything about quilting, they will think that’s the way it should be unless they look at the ones I’m making for my daughter and grandson. I hope to get it done this week so I can have you quilt it. It will be entertaining for you!
