Clarissa’s Quilt

Well Donna..my dear friend. You all may remember she was Carl’s coach for “under our wings” project to make QOV quilts for the soldiers. Well Clarissa wanted sewing lessons…and she has really only ever started projects…. handwork doesn’t seem to move fast enough for her..LOl. So Donna took her for a few evenings the last couple of weeks and they completed this top. Today we went and bought minkee for the back….so Clarissa will long arm quilt her own quilt this weekend. She has been (harrassing) asking me….every couple of hours when she will be able to quilt it…LOL. Don’t they have to learn patience while sewing?

They used the D9P pattern…I love how bright it is!
