Four Petal Flowers

Donna made this quilt. I think she is in charge of a guild in Wenatchee, WA. She puts on the show every year :)

I don’t think it’s any secret that I will use the fabric as inspiration for many of my quilt designs. Afterall…someone purposefully chose that fabric because something about it appealed to them…right? 

So I used the floral focus fabric to quilt the four petal flower in the center of each square. back and fourth lines in the purple….leafy vines in the green…framed it all in with a big swirly feather. I love the soft pastel colors, the break in texture….and just the over all feel of this quilt.
