Special Drawing

Well it’s the time of year…..I have been running January specials or drawings since I started quilting. :)

I wish I had some fun game or idea…..but I couldn’t think of anything really FABULOUS!

So I have decided to do a drawing for a  50$ Gift Certificate……mainly because I bought these really cute Certificates and I would really like to give one away. So the rule to enter the drawing is to leave a comment stating your favorite Christmas Carol or movie.

Mine: (currently) “Mary did you know?”

Movie: to hard to say…but “A Christmas Story” is high on the list.

You can get one entry by leaving a comment…I will also put an extra entry for each person who subscribes to my blog. Or anyone who refers a friend that subscribes. ( just send me a quick email with the friend’s email so I can verify ~ Charisma@charismascorner.com)

( If I get more than 50 entries I will do a drawing for a second Gift certificate…sound good?

I will keep the comments open until Dec 26th at noon ( my time PST)

I am also thinking of doing a special gift in January. xoxoxox

Blessings

C

My favorite Christmas song has to be ” Santa Baby ” the one sung by Eartha Kitt. Maybe not a Christmas Carol but this song always put a smile on my face!

Well now, aren’t you the sweetest! And so very generous!

Fave Christmas movie or song? Oh, I dunno…I’ve always liked Silver Bells. Hubs & I went to a 99cent movie on a date, back b4 we were married (23 yrs ago) but neither one of us can remember what movie it was. We haven’t been to a theater since then! (and don’t feel we’ve missed a thing) We really don’t watch movies that much, Christmas or otherwise. Guess I’ve gotta go with Silver Bells. and Little Drummer Boy – I do love that “rumpa-pum-pum”

O Holy Night is my favorite … at the moment. I love the Christmas hymns so much that picking just one was a difficult decision.

*LOL* My favorite movie is completely in the opposite direction: National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.

I love all the traditional holiday songs, but “O Holy Night” is a favorite. I find myself singing it in the car when I am commuting too and from work. My favorite movie is Miracle on 34th Street (the original).

My favorite Christmas carol is Silent Night. I have always enjoyed this hymn especially on Christmas Eve service with the candles. A close second would be Away in the Manger. Have a very blessed Christmas!
