Marie sent me this quilt for long arm quilting. Isn’t it fun?

I am a city girl through and through..I was trying to remember what some embroidery designs I had ever seen on cowboy boots were??  But i couldn’t remember..so I just went to my own thinking and created different textures to just bring them some definition…..I think it turned out great!

I changed thread on this …basically just the white horse…my other favorite part of this quilt is the stars I put in the border..they just fit perfectly in the middle of each square and it just added so much.
