This a paper pattern for Nate & Tate Gnome pillows. These guys are so cute! The blocks are pieced with applique and embroidery. Embellish as much as you want! They love it! I did use a pillow form for these that measured 14×28 so you will have to pick one up for each of these guys ( or switch them out) and teh brand I used for that was by Fairfield World.
