Falling Snow

Betty brought this to me and I was so smitten. Seriously. You can’t see it in the pictures but there are so many cute embellishments and details. The girl has a vintage doily accenting her outfit. There is also silver snowflakes that were glued on from a sheer fabric. So I quilted them to make them look like part of the fabric. So beautiful.

I used a monofilament thread so I could travel easily from dark to light fabrics.

Swirling snowflakes and curls in the border print. It was difficult gibing this back.:)
