Affection Sew Along!!

Hi Everybody! I thought I would announce my idea for the next sew along. I wanted to choose something a little simple and something to use scraps.

I know many of us are maybe struggling with the current situation and I know many of us have scrap bins that are overflowing. I decided that my Affection quilt would fit that bill!

If you choose not to use scraps and you’d like a kit I also have a few available in my shop using solids with a variety of colors. ( like my original sample/ cover photo)

I too am going to make my next version from scraps. In fact I am going to completely change everything and maybe use a bunch of florals and a light background. I may change the circles and use scraps instead of keeping those constant colors…I am not exactly sure yet. I am gathering my fabrics and I will start making my blocks this next week. I will be sharing twice a week October -Thanksgiving. I think we will do one row of blocks each week and then we will have a week for borders and a week for quilting/finishing.
