Vintage Wash

I washed both vintage quilts yesterday after I got them back from Beth…thought I would share pictures…I love that they look even more vintage now…I put color catchers in the wash..and it didn’t keep the dye from bleeding on the back of  {1929 with Baptist fans} quilt..but thats ok…I don’t mind it actually..it makes it look more vintage.

What I am amazed at it how much 1929 actually shrunk..several inches. but that’s ok with me too.
