Stormy Seas and 9 patch pizazz

Barb brought these quilts to me. I have quilted several for her. She is very prolific. She always does a nice job. I was challenged with this storm at sea quilt…I am so happy with the finish.

I quilted lines, loops and continuous curves to bring out the blocks and framed it in with a fern to look like seaweed. Pretty quilt!

This 9 patch was so pretty. She wanted an all over design but she wanted me to avoid the sashiko embroidery. So I quilted Charisma curls all around them.
