I have BIG news!! I have a design featured in the February 2021 issue of American Patchwork & Quilting (AP&Q)

I am so excited to be featured in this magazine…it’s my first time getting in! YAHOO!!

I used American Made Brand Solids to make my quilt. As you all know I love to support an American Company and I love solids. Scraps are a good option to make this quilt. I also took my quilt out for some photos before sending it off:

I actually had this design in my files for a few years. I designed this before I took the leap into pattern designing. I had always loved this design and I think it was just waiting for it’s debut in AP&Q.

This issue goes on sale December 4th, 2020. I haven’t seen any of the other projects. I am excited to see the issue in print. I am on pins and needles waiting for it to arrive.

Thanks so much for letting me share!

Follow the Quilt Discovery Experience to learn more about quilt making, the history of quilts, and how quilts truly are documents of our American history. For the homesteaders, wheels were vital to their lives. They were the basis of their transportation. Wheels were used in sawmills and in gristmills where grain was ground into flour or meal.
