How can it be the middle of June already?

I seriously don’t even know what to say about this year because I  am so fortunate in so many ways. No matter what has been going on this year for everyone I think we can all agree that this has been a struggle. Anytime our lives are shifted and changed so much in a short amount of time …there is struggle. Right now it doesn’t even seem like summer. we have hot days then cool-gray days. I am certainly ok with that. In fact I hope it stays that way simply because predictions are being made that we are supposed to have a dry season in our area ( again) and there could be massive fires.

It seems to happen most season….but that makes them no less devastating to our communities. I am praying it doesn’t happen because I just don’t want any more loss. I think we have seen enough. But I am not in charge.

Last night I did a FB live I also posted it on my YouTube in case any of you would like to hear me blabber on about random ( mostly quilty) things.

Meanwhile I am still just quilting, sewing, photographing, designing and neglecting house work.

Last week a friend went with me to take pictures of quilts. What is funny about that is that her neighbor used to be my neighbor ( small town..haha) and we went to her neighbor’s house and took pictures of several quilts. She has a great yard with several opportunities for photo op.

I loved the side of this swing set. what a perfect quilt ladder.

I am getting ready to publish a whole slew of programs.
