Doing this type of needle turn applique boggles my mind…….honestly. It just seems overwhelming to me just looking at it..kind of like one of those baltimore album quilts..I love them but I don’t even put it on my bucket list because I would probably die of frustration. LOL
Judy made this and asked me to quilt Charisma Curls in the background. She also added a bit of trapunto..I think because she was originally going to hand quilt it and decided against that….. so I got the privledge to quilt it for her.
On this type of quilt unless you are entering it into a show it is is just best for me to quilt enough to make it a quilt. I don’t want to distract anything from all of her hard work. Just Stunning!
