Flamingo Flock

Flamingo Flock was made by Jill. She is a prolific quilter and she is crazy talented. She knows how to do every technique..and has a great body of work. This was great to work on. I kept all of the bottom half of the designs the same with water designs to keep unity.

Then in the back grounds on the upper half of the quilt blocks I put different textures in to bring it all together. Each flaming has it’s own personality. :) I quilted swirls in the outer border to frame it all in…very watery type of design.
