Americana Log Cabin

Sandy sent this quilt. :)

She requested an all-over design as it’s a gift and she needed it in a hurry. I am relieved to get some all-overs once in awhile. Just cause my brain needs a chance to relax. I quilted this with all over feathers in blue thread. It’s beautifully pieced ( as always). 

Log cabins are so traditional and nice. I think we have all made one of these haven’t we? This was the first pattern I made….and I have to say it was along these same colors :)

So this seems comforting to me in some way.
