A Grand Piano

Terry sent this beautiful piano quilt.

It’s a graduation gift for her granddaughter. The back is a memory quilt dedicated to her..Les Mes, Phantom of the Opera, photos and sheet music. This is one of those special quilts that I am always honored to be a part of. 

The sun is really bright today ( no complaining) …so the pictures are flooded with light and it’s hard to see the quilting. I quilted roses and vines in the outer border. IN the white background I quilted curls and music notes. In the black piano portion I decided to make blank sheet music..she is going to be writing her future..this is the start…a clean empty slate. Love that!
