Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to share some more details about my Stand Out Sew Along.

It starts July 7th! I am super excited!

This is my first time hosting a Sew Along.

This is an easy quilt to accomplish so I think we will have a great time!

I am using a fabulous collection from Riley Blake Designs called Pin Drop Basics By Christopher Thompson. They are also generously donating a few prizes for the sew along!! EEEK!!!

I have a set of colorful modern patterns and I gave them fabulously meaningful names. Stand Out is one of them.

You will need to purchase the pattern, HERE. It’s offered as a paper or digital version.

I think no matter who we are, there are times in our lives when we need to Stand Out. Most of my life I have wanted to blend into the wallpaper. I just didn’t want any attention because I come from terrible beginnings. But there comes a time when you need to rise above and come into yourself. You have to STAND OUT of the crowd and you want that crowd to know who you are. Who you really are… for whatever reason. I have been able to do that with my art. I could care less who sees me, the person (unless of course it’s my loved ones..haha) . But I really do love when my creativity and work shine. It exposes a vulnerable part of my self in a safe way. Mostly.

So as we work along in the sew along, I have been collecting beautiful quotes that speak to this sentiment. If you have any to share, please do.

I hope you all have a wonderful day! Please join me!

Yes, everything will be here in my blog to follow along. I might do a few fb live sessions for this who want to join. Just for a cheer session. But all of the information will be here on the blog.

Will I need to buy fabric from the line you are using?
