Ins & Outs of Scraps

Annette made this quilt for me from my scraps. Every now and again on a weekend if I have some time I will try to get one of my own quilts finished….I finished this one a few weekends ago…I am really trying to push to get a few of mine done before the end of the year…..:)

030I feel like I could not get good pictures of this quilt….the angles & lighting were not working for me this day. I quilted feathers, lines and swirls in the pathways of this quilt. The white blocks got continuous curves…and the border got a flower & vine treatment.

Annette always comes up with great ideas for my quilts. They are all different & amazing!

034 035 036I pieced together some scraps for the back…..I love doing that…it makes the back as interesting as the front. Plus it uses my stash!

029 028Thanks Annette! I love your work!

Blessings to all of you today!

I hope we are getting our Christmas projects ready to go and not waiting until the last minute….:)

  1. Hello Dear One,
This quilt is really lovely. I just love scrap quilts. that is the most that I do. Have a blessed day

  2. Wondering is there a pattern for this quilt? Would be a great way to use up the ends of those bindings or strips we all have.
