IMG_5016IMG_5011Well this quilt is scraps from start to finish. It’s a Bonnie Hunter Mystery quilt. Its’ still available until June 1st in case any of you want to download it before she takes it down. You can get it here. IMG_5017 IMG_5015

I just pulled from my stash…and used bits and pieces of extra stuff I had. It was fun to do..I really like the look of it. I think I may use less pink next time. ( never thought I would say that?) I used completely different colors….cause I was using what I had. I don’t have any purple in my stash. IMG_5014 IMG_5013 IMG_5012

I used the same design as the scrappy jelly race….from a few days ago. I could have maybe custom quilted this but I just thought it’s my own and I will probably gift it or donate it. So I didn’t need to sink so many hours into it.  Its’ really big anyway..so this took plenty of hours. It’s 97×97. Swirly feather design and swirls in the borders…with a wavy line to separate them.

I also used scraps and fabrics from my stash that aren’t a part of any other line…or they were orphaned. I love the way it looks. IMG_5018 IMG_5019
