Well I would love to show you pictures of my team. As soon as I get them! But introductions will have to work for now.
I have a few friends that help me.
First there is me..you can find my info in the “About Me” section.
There is Carl my 14 year old son. Carl has completed 10 quilts from start to finish. They were all donated to Quilts of Valor (QOV). He has done many quilts for customers already in his short span of quilting as well. Carl has a mild form of aspergers. If you are familiar with kids on the spectrum..sometimes they like to self sooth. Carl finds much comfort standing in front of the machine stippling..it relaxes him.
My 13 year old son, Cole is also a team member. Cole has quilted many quilts for others as well. Cole is very detailed oriented and a perfectionist at heart. Cole is a great athlete, great student and happens to be a “manly” quilter.
They currently offer all over stippling for a penny a square inch.
Bryce is my oldest son….he can’t do a stipple to save his life..however..he quilts using all of the loricles templates ( better than I do)..and enjoys it very much! Currently we own several of the giant boards so just ask us for designs, we can send you to the loricles index with the boards that we own if you would like this service…he charges the oll-over rate of .015 cents a square inch for this service. ( Carl can also do these if Bryce ever gets to many)
Brianna is 19. I know it seems young right? But NOOOOO! She owns half a quilt shop, she has been quilting since she was 3 years old. Amazing right? She is currently attending Seattle Art institute so she can come back and add a whole different dimension to our local quilt shop. Brianna like to do fun fantastic designs…Brianna and I work at shows together so some of you may have seen her?
I am also proud to say that ALL of my quilters use INNOVA long arm quilting machines. I own two of them myself . I happen to think they are the best machines on the market. If you have any questions please contact me.
Beth the Binder
Beth is a retired hair stylist. She likes to hand sew on bindings. I willingly give her all of my own binding work..I often wonder if she regrets walking into the quilt shop last year offering to bind for me…LOL?? I am to afraid to ask. But she loves the work. So if any of you don’t like binding…Beth is your solution!
